Log into your Herboxa account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Package Your Items

Place the original items with all tags attached into the shipping box and include the printed return authorization slip inside.

Ship It Back

Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our quality control team inspects the returned garments, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
